早期部落傳統食器，大部分都取用於自然生植物，如竹、月桃、血桐樹葉。因此我的創作靈感就來自於這些生活經驗，取用自然葉子的造型來製作盤子，並將傳統圖騰刻畫於握把。
In ancient times, the traditional tableware was made of natural plants, such as bamboo, shell-flower, and the leaves of Macaranga tanarius.
Therefore my inspiration of the food plates are from these life experiences, I learn from the nature leaves and use the shape as my food plate design, then engrave the traditional pattern on plate’s handle.
