當我們將冰水裝入杯中時，會在杯身外產生許多的水珠，這些水珠沿著杯身留下會在杯底形成水印，而這些水印令我聯想到動物從泥地上走過後留下的足跡，於是便將杯底設計成台灣物種的足印形狀，使得滴落的水在桌面上形成一個個動物的腳印。讓台灣物種的獨特印記藉由水印傳遞到我們的日常生活中。
When we put ice water into the cup, many water droplets will be generated outside the cup body, and these water droplets will leave a watermark on the bottom of the cup along the body of the cup, these watermarks remind me of the footprints left by animals walking on the muddy ground, so I designed the bottom of the cup into the shape of the footprints of Taiwanese species, so that the dripping water forms animal footprints on the table. Let the unique imprint of Taiwanese species be passed on to our daily life through watermarking.
