近年來彰化縣鹿港鎮的人口漸漸老化，而我們運用鹿港的在地特色工藝，進行青年藝術村的空間規劃，如:木雕、皮雕、錫藝、書法…等，帶動鹿港鎮的民俗風情，進而活絡鹿港鎮在地的觀光價值。同時也提供住宿空間，讓初露頭角的藝術家及職人們有更好的起步空間，在此營造出一種自由和開放交流的共通感，進而創造鹿港鎮在地觀光價值。 而我們在建築設計中加入了國產材元素，我們部分結構使用直交集層材（Cross Laminated - Timber, CLT）柳杉快速組件的方式，建造出建築物主體，達到了低碳建築的元素及環保材質的運用。

In recent years, the population of Lukang Town, Changhua County has been gradually aging, and we use the local special craftsmanship of Lukang to carry out the space planning of the youth art village, such as: wood carving, leather carving, tin art, calligraphy, etc., to drive the development of Lukang Town.
